Because most of our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue cash or original-payment refunds.
Please note:
Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A tracking number is required for all returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
